Objective: understand goals and motivations of nonprofit vertical donors and nonprofit orgs to develop product innovation in philanthropy space.

Secondary Research: Conducted Literature Review of cultural context, history of philanthropy, competitive analysis.

Primary Research: Conducted qualitative interviews with 12 donors and 12 nonprofits to understand goals, motivations, perceptions.

Synthesis: Uncovered 24 jobs to be done. Team prioritization resulted in 5 primary jobs.

Design Sprint: Cross functional team design sprint created 6 prioritized product ideas from 3 final focus areas.
